Refunds & Exchanges
Each of our products is custom-made just for you. Since we do not restock, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the material, colors, and design scale meet your expectations before placing a full order. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photo evidence upon receipt so we can review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that products must remain unused to qualify for a refund.
Damaged Items
We take pride in carefully inspecting and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please notify MY WALLS MY WAY within 5 business days of receiving your order through our contact page. Be sure to include details like photos or videos of the damaged product, packaging, and your order number. Products must be unused to qualify for a refund or exchange. Based on the situation, we will either send a replacement, offer a refund, or provide a discount. If your case qualifies for a return or exchange, the item must be sent back in its original packaging (or additional packaging if necessary). Please note, all sales, including custom orders and samples, are final.
